How your data stays private

Short version: what you add never leaves your device. Here is how that works and how to check it.

Everything runs in your browser

Detection uses pattern rules and, if you turn them on, small AI models. Both run inside your browser in background workers. There is no server that receives your text or files.

The page is not allowed to send your data

Our Content-Security-Policy only allows network requests back to this site, for the app itself and the AI model files. Even a bug could not upload your text or files to anyone else.

Nothing is stored

Your text and files exist only in this tab's memory and are gone when you close it. We save your settings (which categories to hide, your “always hide” words, whether AI is on) on this device only.

Check it yourself

Open your browser's developer tools and go to the Network tab.
Paste some text or drop a file into a tool.
No request is made. You can also disconnect from the internet: the tools keep working.

What we do collect

Anonymous page views, without cookies. Never the content you add.
